As part of the Short Cuts series co-organized by Space p11 and the Chicago Loop Alliance, I performed two movement installations in a Pedway corridor inside the County Building at 121 N. LaSalle Street. Over the course of the two sessions, hundreds of pedestrian passersby experienced the work.

Ostensibly Past

Christine Betsill presents with her Chicago-based company, Thread Meddle Outfit. The work explores the layers of self that we hold in and throughout our bodies and the surreal world that revisiting our memories create. Artists Against AIDS is an annual benefit art exhibition and sale that welcomes all recent artwork submitted by the artist. Participating artists donate 50% or more from the sale of their art to the Greater Community AIDS Project, a not-for-profit whose mission is to address the needs of those affected by HIV and AIDS and to educate the public about HIV and AIDS.
